Helping you shift toward clarity and calm
WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?

Life can often leave us feeling stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves.Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing techniques to explore how stress and other influences may be affecting your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.Rather than focusing on a single symptom, kinesiology looks at the bigger picture, exploring the connection between your past experiences, current challenges and the ways you've learned to navigate them. Each session is tailored to your individual circumstances and goals.Sessions may support:
stress and overwhelm
confidence and self esteem
mental clarity and focus
feeling 'stuck' or disconnected
emotional regulation
navigating life changes
How a session works

Every session starts with a conversation. We'll talk about what's been going on for you and what you'd like support with.Using gentle muscle testing, we'll explore where stress may be showing up in your system and what your body needs to create greater balance and more ease.Sessions are relaxed and collaborative. You'll remain fully clothed and may be seated or lying on a massage table. Many people leave a session feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves.Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and the fee is $135.
About

My own path to kinesiology began as a client. While living in London, I was navigating a challenging period in my life and seeing a psychologist regularly. Although this work was incredibly valuable, kinesiology offered something different. It helped me move out of my head and back into my body, reconnecting with how I was feeling on a deeper level that I struggled to access through talk therapy alone.Looking back, it's not surprising that this approach resonated with me. Growing up, I moved frequently between homes, schools, states and countries. As the perpetual 'new kid', I became skilled at adapting, but often lost touch with what was happening within myself. Staying in my head felt safer than being connected to my body. The combination of kinesiology and psychotherapy had a profound impact on my life. Through the support of some wonderful practitioners, I developed a greater understanding of myself, my reactions to stress and the ways I responded to life's challenges, along with a deeper appreciation for the body's innate capacity for healing and change.Today, I offer a calm, creative and client-led approach for both young people and adults. My aim is to provide a safe, grounded space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the patterns, experiences and challenges that are influencing how you feel.
